У статті обґрунтовується необхідність формування механізмів управління агроландшафтами з урахуванням сучасних реалій землекористування та вимог міжнародних природоохоронних конвенцій. Запропоновано авторську структуризацію механізмів управління агроландшафтами, згідно з якою вони включають інституціональний, організаційно-управлінський, фінансово-економічний, екологічний та морально-етичний механізми. Акцентується увага на важливості морально–етичного механізму через активізацію роботи дорадницьких служб, що дозволить подолати асиметричність інформації стосовно вибору форм, методів та способів зміцнення стійкості агроландшафтів.

The article substantiates the need to form the mechanisms of cultivated lands management with the consideration of current realities of land-use management as well as international environmental conventions requirements. The author’s structuring of the cultivated lands management has been suggested according to which they include institutional, organizational and management, financial and economic, ecologic and ethical and moral mechanisms. The attention is drawn to the importance of the ethical and moral mechanism through revitalization of the work of advisory services which will allow to overcome the informational asymmetry with regard to the choice of forms, methods and means to increase the cultivated lands stability.
