ЮРІЙ ЛУЧЕЧКО: ВИХІД НА ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИЙ РИНОК БІОЕТАНОЛУ ПРИСКОРИТЬ МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЮ СПИРТОВОЇ ГАЛУЗІ

YURIY LUCHECHKO:ENTRANCE TO THE EUROPEAN BIOETHANOL MARKET WILL ACCELERATE THE MODERNIZATION OF THE ALCOHOL INDUSTRY

Розвиток спиртової галузі в останні роки є однією з найбільш резонансних проблем розвитку переробного сегмента АПК України в цілому. Створення у 2010 році ДП «Укрспирт» було спрямоване на підвищення результативності управління спиртовим виробництвом та забезпечення принципово нового рівня конкурентоспроможності продукції. Незважаючи на сприятливі організаційні, ресурсно-виробничі та технічні передумови для розширеного відтворення, підприємству тривалий час не вдавалося подолати стагнаційні прояви і вийти на висхідний тренд розвитку. Але з кінця 2017 року і в першій половині 2023 року менеджменту підприємства вдалося локалізувати кризові явища й пожвавити інвестиційне забезпечення проектів модернізації та реконструкції техніко-технологічної бази спиртових виробництв. За 7 місяців 2023 року ДП «Укрспирт» було профінансовано капітальних інвестицій на 80 млн грн, що у 3 рази більше, ніж за весь 2017 рік. Ми попросили виконуючого обов’язки директора ДП «Укрспирт» Юрія Михайловича Лучечка поділитися своїми думками стосовно перспектив і пріоритетів розвитку підприємства, зокрема нарощення обсягів інвестування та диверсифікації виробничо-господарської діяльності.

The development of the alcohol industry in recent years is one of the most explosive problems of the development of the processing sector of the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine as a whole. Establishment of government enterprise “Ukrspyrt” in 2010 was aimed at improving the management of alcohol production and ensuring a fundamentally new level of competitiveness of products. Despite the favourable organizational, resource, production and technical prerequisites for the expanded reproduction, the enterprise had not been able to overcome manifestations of stagnation and reach the ascending trend of development. However from the end of 2017 and in the first half of 2023, the enterprise’s management succeeded in localizing the crisis developments and reviving the investment support for projects of modernization and reconstruction of the technical and technological base of alcohol productions. During 7 months of 2023, government enterprise “Ukrspyrt” was financed with 80 million UAH capital investments, which is 3 times more as compared to the entire 2017. We asked the acting director of government enterprise “Ukrspyrt”, Yuriy Mykhaylovych Luchechko, to share his thoughts on the future development prospects and priorities of the enterprise, in particular, increasing the volume of investment and diversification of production and economic activities.
